#28431 Posted on: 08.02.2013 14:15:10 nice review, though seems strange... im starting to think that amd need to offer the fx 4000 series at a lower price, with a decent chip and cooling the 5800k can hit 4.8ghz and compete in performance with this + you get an awesome integrated graphics.

#28432 Posted on: 08.02.2013 15:32:48 That is a great point, Tony. It does seem strange that they perform similarly but with the APU you get a GPU in the package too. Perhaps it is the upgrade path which they offer on AM3+ that keeps the price up? Just a shot in the dark.
