Thanks! yeah the ECS motherboard was actually nice. It didnt pretend to be anything it wasnt and there is no reason to knock it beyond what I did. If there were 2 or even 4 more USB ports on the back and shipped with the off white SATA cables I am fairly sure it would have been a gold. IMO USB ports are too important to skimp on I readily use at least 6 constantly + the use of removable media and devices. they have got it right with 2x front headers for 4 USB ports on a case front panel, but PS2 is nearly dead. While i think it will be a while before it disappears all together, i think motherboards should only be offering a universal PS2 m/kb connector at most now. PCI slots are a bit umm and ah, there are still a lot of PCI devices around and being made and because they are cheap there is little reason to omit them from a mainstream board just yet.
