64GB Samsung Galaxy S III not canceled, set for release later this year
Samsung has confirmed that the 64GB version of their brilliant smart phone, the Galaxy S III, is still in the works. It was rumoured to have been cancelled but it is now set for release in the second half of this year.
"The 64GB model of the GALAXY S III will be available during the second half of this year. The market availability and timing may vary and will be determined at the time of release."
Surely it would be cheaper to buy a high capacity Micro SD card but for those who like large on device storage, this phone is perfect.
