Blizzard launches Diablo 3 profiles

News Editor: Jon Martindale Date: 07-08-2012 [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]  Discuss in Forums

Blizzard has launched character profiles from Diablo III, making it possible for users of the D3 community site to look at gear, skills and stats of characters created in-game.

You'll need a Battle.net account to login with in order to gain access, but once you're in, you select your BattleTag and select "view profile." On that screen you'll be able to see character names, profile pictures, levels, how many elite kills they have, their progression on Normal and Hardcore game modes, what Artisan skills they have and even heroes that have died during hardcore gameplay.

Players will also be able to check out the stats of their friends, as well as comparing gear, skill and rune choices, along with all the character progression stats.

Blizzard has said that this is just the start, promising more statistics added as time goes on, including achievement information and more artisan statistics.
