Intel Confirm Ivy Bridge Specifications

News Editor: Tony Le Bourne Date: 01-03-2012 [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]  Discuss in Forums

A report from TPU shows the confirmed specifications of what could be, the entire line of 3rd Generation Core microprocessors based on Ivy Bridge.

Due for release sometime between April and June, these slides confirm the specifications of the 3rd generation Intel Core processors based on the 22nm Ivy Bridge architecture. The lists include low power chips for Ultrabooks and mobile platforms. The only omissions we can observe are the Ivy Bridge-E chips for the LGA 2011 platform, which are not expected until sometime next year.
