Lots of items within the bundle

Inside the box there is another box holding the motherboard. This has a clear protective plastic cover to ensure the motherboard is kept in good condition throughout transit. The Maximus IV Extreme is certainly a good looking motherboard, there is no mistaking that this board is from the ROG family. Red and back features are present throughout, the heatsinks compared to previous ROG motherboards are perhaps a little less aggressive and oversized, suggesting that the chipset doesn’t demand them.
