Overclocking
Overclocking with Skylake is now fully flexible since we can adjust many variables including BCLK and ratio/multiplier.
Our current milestone is 4.7GHz with the Intel Core i7-6700K and we managed to achieve 4.7GHz with the GAMING Z170X quite easily. After just a few minor adjustments in the BIOS we used 100x47 and set the CPU core voltage to 1.38v. This is a great result and were pleased that advanced settings didnt need any modification to achieve it.
