Most CPU coolers come accompanied with thermal paste provided by the manufacturer. For our CPU cooling tests we use Noctua’s NT-H1, so to offer up some interesting analysis we test the thermal paste pre-applied to both closed loop coolers against NT-H1 to see which gives the best results during stock and overclocked performance and the results really aren't that much different at all. Both companies have done an excellent job in producing competitive thermal paste solutions.
