Most CPU coolers come accompanied with thermal paste provided by the manufacturer. For our CPU cooling tests we use Noctua’s NT-H1, so to offer up some interesting analysis we test the thermal paste given with R1 Ultimate against NT-H1 to see which gives the best results during stock and overclocked performance and the results really aren't that much different, the Noctua paste is only ever so slightly better!
