Results Overclocked (Grouped)

The results have been arranged in terms of the fan configuration that yields the best results for each cooler. However, it is important to take into account that many coolers come with their own fans and changing those increases the costs significantly, so the “out of the box” cooler configurations have been highlighted in red each group.

The overclocked results paint a slightly different picture to before. In its stock configuration, the PH-TC14CS is at its best with a delta temperature of 60.5C and reducing the fan speed increases the delta by 3C. The latter result also matches the cooler in high clearance mode. Low profile mode on the other hand, is slightly worse by 0.5C. Reverse mode performs relatively better here yielding a delta of 62.5C matching the performance of the cooler with two Noctua NF-P14 orientated correctly and falling short of the two Coolink fans by a mere 0.5C. What is interesting to note is that the Phanteks fans perform better than the Noctua fans on the PH-TC14CS whereas on the dual radiator PH-TC14PE, the opposite was true.
