The software is available to download from to Tesoro website and is fairly simple to install. Though you may need to install the Spectrum Firmware update first. Once installed you can individually create and assign a macro (5 keystrokes per profile) to any key, as well as reassign, open applications or even disable any key you wish. You can choose from the preset lighting effects or create your own custom lighting layout to help map your macro keys too. To do this, you will need to select the 'spectrum colors' mode, which can then be set to 'shine' (static lighting) 'breathe' or 'trigger' modes, while in the 'Spectrum Colors' mode you can individually assign each key to illuminate in any colour of your choice. The colour reproduction accuracy isn't excellent, but it is on par with most other full RGB keyboards we have had a look at. This process of creating custom lighting is slow and tedious with this software but people will enjoy this feature.
