Fans


Three fans are included with the package. These will be used to cool the radiator down. The fans are 120mm in size and 25mm thick. A sticker atop of the fan blade hub tells use that these fans are rated to run at a maximum 1650rpm.



The fans are made from a company called XINRUILIAN. The RDL1225S fans are sleeve bearing fans and have a CFM rating of 65.2 along with a static pressure rating of 1.8mmH2O.



The fans are open cornered rather than closed which means that you can easily use your own screws to attach the fans should you wish or use the included, full length screws which go through the back of the fan and protrude just a few mm to ensure the radiator is not punctured. We would have liked black coloured screws to match the sleek black looks of the fan and radiator but this is just a minor point.

While inexpensive, if the specifications are to be believed then the fans appear to be quite impressive. The prrof however is in the pudding so they say so we wait with baited breath to see just how well they perform with the radiator on the next page.
