Late last year MSI partnered with Intel and selected retailers to offer cash back when buying a new motherboard and CPU. This month they're performing an encore with a twist, swapping out CPUs for the chance at money off a new high performance GPU. All told the promotion could net you a rebate of £36/€40, a healthy chunk of change you to put towards... another upgrade!
In order to qualify you must pick up an appropriate MSI-branded motherboard and graphics card in the one transaction, with level of cash back depending on the motherboard and GPU SKU chosen. Note that only selected retailers are taking part in the offer, but you won't find this too limiting as the list includes Box, CCL, Dabs, eBuyer, Novatech, OCUK, SCAN & YOYOTech.
Motherboard-wise, the offer focuses on Intel Haswell and Haswell-E supported chipsets from the mainstream H97I AC, overclocking powerhouse Z97 XPOWER, all the way up to the enthusiast-class X99S GAMING 9 ACK. The level of cash back depends on the class of motherboard purchased, with the top-end X99 motherboards scooping as much as £18 returned from the list price.
Team-agnostic gamers will be pleased to see that both AMD and NVIDIA GPUs are included this time around. Once again the level of cash back depends on the performance class purchased, from £6 for AMD R9 270 and NVIDIA GTX 960 GPUs through to £18 for the top-performing MSI GTX 980 GAMING 4G or R9 290X LIGHTNING.

Claims must be made no sooner than 30 days (to exempt the 28-day no hassle window many retailers now offer) but no later than 60 days after the purchase. As such, you'll need to retain appropriate receipts/invoices, but that shouldn't be too onerous so long as you're not overly aggressive cleaning out your inbox. Retailers in France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Austria, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey are also part of the promotion; non-UK EU residents should check out their etailer of choice.
