NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 10-series GPUs already offer outstanding performance and compelling performance at attractive prices, but today NVIDIA have made investing in new gaming hardware all the sweeter with the new Paragon GAME READY Pack.

First however, a little about the game. Paragon is the latest title from Epic Games, the minds behind the industry-leading Unreal Engine as well as a couple of fan favourites you might recognise: Unreal Tournament and the original Gears Of War. It takes the well established MOBA formula but adds their own twist by applying it to the 3rd-person shooter style with which Epic has so much experience. In game, two teams of five heroes battle it out in symmetric arenas, each bringing unique hero skills to bear as they battle it out in high-paced action.

Developed entirely in Unreal Engine 4, Paragon rewards high performance hardware through stunning visuals including some of the best looking and most detailed hero models in gaming today. NVIDIA's GTX 10-series and Epic's Paragon are a natural fit, and early driver development into ongoing support for UE4 certainly helps enormously.

As is the trend Paragon is of course a Free to Play MOBA, so what could possibly entice you in the Paragon GAME READY Pack? Well, the answer is simple - gorgeous cosmetics and a healthy chunk of Paragon's game currency.

In Paragon all heroes, both currently available to play and released in the future, are unlocked for all players forever; you simply will never need to shell out cash to fulfil an ideal team composition, unlike other MOBA's we won't mention. Players earn XP with their Hero, and levelling their hero grants them access to in-game rewards such as in-game currency or temporary character boosts. Running parallel to the in-game reward system is a shop where you can also buy hero skins and XP boosts with 'Credits', a currency acquired by playing or through real money purchase.

A unique feature Epic is adding with Paragon are Master Challenges, which link both skin rewards and hero levelling rewards into one purchasable package. By acquiring a hero's Master Challenge players are able to gain further rewards deeper into the levelling process, culminating in a Master Skin for that hero. You can read more about Master Challenges here.

NVIDIA's Paragon GAME READY Pack entitles you to the following:

- 1000 Paragon Coins, in-game currency to spend on additional Master Challenges, skins and boosts

- Seven Hero Master Challenges, those who would dare reach the highest levels of skill can tackles Master Challenges. As you increase your Hero level, you’ll unlock new card parks, unique taunts and other rewards – included are the Master challengers for Twinblast, Gideon, Greystone, Sparrow, Murdock, Grux and Muriel

- Two Skins to look good while dominating the competition; Snakebite Murdock Skin and War Chief Grux Skin

So you might be thinking that with $115 of value you'll need to pick up one of NVIDIA's premium 10-series GPUs. Well, that's not the case - the Paragon GAME READY Pack is bundled with new purchases of every GeForce GTX 1080, GTX 1070, GTX 1060, GTX 980 Ti, GTX 980 and GTX 970. Oh, and the new 10-series notebooks aren't left out either as they also qualify for the full pack. Whether it be a new cutting-edge Pascal-based GPU, or a discounted but still well positioned Maxwell cards, you'll get a big bonus with your purchase.
