ADATA releases the ISDD361 industrial-grade SD card featuring a wider temperature tolerance of -40°C to 85°C making it ideal for data gathering on extreme weather conditions. The ADATA ISDD361 doesn’t only offer extreme temperature resistance it also offers speedy transfer speeds of up to 90MB/s read and 60 MB/s write, thanks to the use of SLC NAND flash. The ISDD361 is ideal for a wide range of applications including photography, manufacturing, military applications and others. The ISDD361 offers capacities from 256MB to 16GB.

Key Features
- Industrial-grade extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C
- Complies with SD 2.0 / 3.0 specifications
- Supports SD and SPI modes
- Wear Levelling
- Supports ECC up to 24-bit (256MB/512MB) and 40-bit (1GB-16GB)

Fast and Reliable SLC Flash
For the ISDD361, ADATA uses the most durable single-level cell SLC flash which is superior than TLC and MLC flash in terms of durability, longevity and reliability. With that, ADATA is confident to give the ISDD361 a 3-year warranty.

Tough and Extremely Durable
Aside from the harsh temperature resistance of the card having a wide tolerance of -40°C to 85°C temperature range, the ISDD361 also feature shock resistance of up to 1500G/0.5ms, while vibration tolerance extends to 20G. The card is also packed with features that ensure data integrity and supports S.M.A.R.T. diagnostics, wear levelling to prevent unbalanced cell wear, and error correction code.

High Speed Data Transfer
The ISDD361 meets standards for Ultra high-definition 4K recording having speeds of 90MB/s read and 60MB/s write, truly an impressive specification for an industrial-grade flash card.
