ADATA Officially Releases XPG SX8200 PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe 1.3 SSD

ADATA first introduces the XPG SX8200 PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe 1.3 solid-state drive at the CES 2018 convention. It uses the compact M.2 2280 form factor and with the PCIe3x4 interface, the XPG SX8200 delivers up to 3200MB/s read and 1700MB/s write. The ADATA XPG SX8200 uses the latest 2nd generation 64-layer 3D NAND flash and is available in 240GB, 480GB, and 960GB capacities.

Ultra-Fast PCIe Gen3x4 Interface
The ADATA XPG SX8200 with it PCIe3X4 interface and NVMe 1.3 protocol delivers read speeds of up to 3200MB/s and write speeds of up to 1700MB/s, far superior from SATA III SSD performance. It implements a 32bit DRAM data bus, intelligent SLC Caching, and a DRAM cache buffer, accelerating sequential and 4K random read/write speeds.

Improved Data Protection and Reliability
The ADATA SX8200 doesn’t only offer incredible performance and greater durability, it also offers improved reliability and stability. The SX8200 supports Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) error correcting code and wear levelling among the standard data protection features of the SSD.
