ADATA Outs Ultimate SU750 Solid-State Drive

ADATA releases the new Ultimate SU750 solid-state drive series featuring the next-generation TLC 3D NAND flash with speeds of up to 550MB/s read and 520MB/s write. The SU750 offers a great balance of value, performance, and reliability having higher Total Bytes Written (TBW) and Mean-Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 2 million hours. The ADATA Ultimate SU750 is available in capacities of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB in the standard 2.5-inch SATA III 6Gbps form-factor.

The ADATA Ultimate SU750 features SLC Caching and DRAM Buffer for accelerated performance. The ADATA SU750 also feature support for LDPC (Low-Density Parity-Check) error correcting code technology that fixes errors, retain data integrity and extend the lifespan of the solid-state drive. To further improve the reliability and durability of the SU750 SSD, it is resistant to shock and vibration of up to 1500G/0.5ms along with a wider range of operating temperature from 0°C to 70°C.

ADATA SSD Toolbox and Migration Utility


The ADATA Ultimate SU750 comes bundled with ADATA’s SSD Toolbox and Migration Utility. The SSD Toolbox monitors and manages ADATA solid-state drives with drive status, lifespan information, and wear level. The Migration Utility is an easy-to-use software for migrating data from HDD to SSD. It also features a simple and straightforward migration and backup tool for drives with the operating system.
