ADATA releases an M.2 2280 form-factor version of the budget-oriented Ultimate 650 SSD. The ADATA Ultimate SU650 M.2 SSD is equipped with 3D TLC NAND Flash memory that offers up to 480GB of storage and speeds of up to 550MB/s read and up to 510MB/s write. The ADATA Ultimate 650 M.2 SSD supports intelligent SLC caching and features Low-density parity-check (LDPC) error correcting code technology for improved data integrity and performance. The ADATA Ultimate 650 M.2 SSD uses SATA interface but is compatible with M.2 PCIe slots making it ideal for both desktop PCs and laptops.
