Alienware have always created fantastic looking products at over inflated prices. Their latest offering, the Alienware X51 Mini HD is no exception but brings with it a huge draw-card!
The X51 mini is about a third the size of other similar spec'd gaming PC's. The size is what makes it shine and is what will appeal to gamers the most.
The basic model comes with an i3-2120 3.GHz CPU, 4GB of RAM and an Nvidia GTX545 GPU. All this for a whopping £649($1299 AUD)! For £799 ($1,499 AUD) you can get an i5-2320 3.0GHz CPU, 8GB of RAM and an Nvidia GTX555 GPU and for £899 ($1,699 AUD) you get an i7-2600 3.4GHz CPU, 8GB of RAM and a GTX555 GPU. This is more than enough to play many games at 1920 x 1080 with a decent frame rate.
While it is expensive you will be hard pressed to find a similar spec'd compact machine that looks this good! Weighing in at just 5.49Kg's and measuring 95 x 343 x 318mm (slightly larger than the first PS3's on the market) this truly is a compact powerhouse!
