Matching the competition, AMD/b] have also release a new driver set designed for Ubisoft's latest release. Catalyst 14.11.1 is, in common with AMD's previous game-specific updates, listed as a beta release, whilst a WHQL set should be unveiled at a later stage. They should also incorporate the improvements to Civilization: Beyond Earth performance seen in the 14.9.2beta release of last month.
Both Assassins Creed Unity and Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare (the other title which is addressed within the Catalyst 14.11.1beta) both require a minimum of 4GB RAM, resulting in the new driver being issued only for 64-bit operating systems of Windows Vista or newer vintage.
