Aqua Computer introduces Kryographics Acrylic Glass Edition Water Blocks for AMD’s Radeon RX Vega 64, Radeon RX Vega 56 und Radeon Vega Frontier Edition graphics cards with 8 GB or 16 GB HBM2 memory that uses a combined GPU/RAM/VRM-cooler. The water block features a low-profile and flat form factor while offering improved cooling for the voltage regulators. The water block’s cooling engine incorporates a large-area microstructure with jet plate that offers low flow resistance while keeping cooling performance to the highest.
The kryoconnect water block series features a Delrin connection terminal that offers reduced flow resistance and as coolant flows directly over the HBM2 die along with the voltage regulator area and inductor coils, cooling performance is significantly improved compared to the aquagraFX series. The GPU and HBM2 memory are in direct contact to the water block using thermal grease for excellent heat transfer. For the voltage regulators and inductor coils, a thermal pad with high thermal conductivity is included. All mounting threads are equipped with spacers made from nickel plated brass for easy installation and to prevent twisting the graphics card. The original back plate can also be installed with the water block.
