The ARCTIC Freezer 4U-OneX brings dedicated support for AmpereOne processors using the LGA5964 socket, targeting modern data centre deployments and high-performance server environments.

The Freezer 4U-OneX features a purpose-built copper baseplate designed to effectively cool both the processor die and the surrounding integrated heat spreader. ARCTIC includes its MX-7 thermal compound for direct die application, alongside thermal pads to ensure complete thermal contact across the IHS area.
Cooling performance is handled by a dual-fan push-pull configuration, delivering strong airflow and high static pressure suited for dense server environments. The use of dual ball-bearing fans enhances durability for continuous operation, while the redundant configuration helps mitigate the risk of thermal-related shutdowns. The airflow direction can also be adjusted by repositioning the fans as required. With a height of just 151 mm and 53 mm of RAM clearance, the cooler integrates easily into standard 4U chassis and most consumer 4U cases.
