ARCTIC has expanded its range of thermal interface materials with the introduction of MX-7, a new high-performance thermal paste designed to deliver reliable cooling across a wide range of applications. The company positions MX-7 as suitable not only for traditional desktop CPU installations, but also for more demanding scenarios such as direct-die GPU cooling, laptops, and modern gaming consoles.
Key Features
New ARCTIC MX-7 formula delivers lower thermal resistance and improved cooling performance
Suitable for CPUs, direct-die GPUs, laptops, and console processors
Non-conductive and non-capacitive for safe application
Relatively viscous consistency, designed to spread evenly through mounting pressure
Improved cohesiveness helps reduce pump-out effect during repeated heat cycles
Updated syringe design with integrated authenticity check for product verification
Thanks to a new formula, ARCTIC MX-7 achieves even lower thermal resistance and offers a measurable increase in performance. The thermal paste is neither electrically conductive nor capacitive, eliminating the risk of short circuits or discharges. The ARCTIC MX-7 is a relatively viscous thermal paste that cannot be applied with a spatula. An even layer thickness is achieved through contact pressure when mounting the cooler.
The ARCTIC MX-7 impresses not only with its performance, but also with its new syringe design. The improved composition with high cohesiveness reduces the pump-out effect during repeated heat cyclesideal for long-lasting performance. The Authenticity Check also allows the authenticity of each individual product to be verified.
