ASRock Releases Beta BIOS With AGESA 1.3.0.0a to Address AMD AM5 Boot Issues
ASRock has reaffirmed its close and long-term collaboration with AMD, confirming that it continues to carefully review recently discussed CPU-related issues raised across online communities. As part of its ongoing efforts, ASRock has been optimising BIOS functionality while further enhancing overall system stability across AMD AM5 platforms.
Following multiple rounds of cooperation, AMD has provided the latest AGESA 1.3.0.0a firmware to improve overall platform compatibility. ASRock has now completed integration and released Beta BIOS version 4.07.AS01 on its official website, incorporating this update to address system stability and boot-related concerns.
The Beta BIOS update includes the following highlights:
• Update AGESA to ComboAM5 PI 1.3.0.0a
• Optimised memory compatibility
• Resolution for boot failure issues occurring on certain CPUs
According to ASRock, the update is specifically designed to resolve system no-boot scenarios, including cases where systems may fail to boot after extended periods of use.
