AMD today unveils the third-generation AMD Ryzen Threadripper high-end desktop platform processors, the Threadripper 3960X & 3970X. Both processors will be using a new socket based on the AMD TRX40 chipset. With that, AMD’s partner brands like ASRock releases its first motherboard models – the TRX40 Creator and TRX40 Taichi Motherboards.
