ASUS today announced two new TUF models and the latest Zephyrus G16, all featuring the recently announced AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series processor. The new TUF Gaming A14 come equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU. On the other hand, the new TUF Gaming A16 and new Zephyrus G16 GA605 (2024) come equipped with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. The latest ROG Zephyrus G16 stands ready for any scenario, from gaming to productivity and more — all in an ultra-sleek thin-and-light package. Meanwhile, the new TUF Gaming lineup raises the bar for value-oriented gaming laptops.

Zephyrus enters the era of AI computing
We’re entering a new era of computing, with artificial intelligence at its center — and ROG is charging ahead with the new Zephyrus G16, now a true AI PC thanks to its AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 370 processor. With 12 cores, 24 threads, a built-in AMD Ryzen AI XDNA 2 NPU capable of 50 TOPS of AI performance, along with 31 TOPS from the CPU and its integrated Radeon™ 890M graphics, the new Zephyrus G16 stands ready for enhancing productivity in AI-enabled applications, including powerful Windows Copilot tools.

The 2024 Zephyrus G16 also comes with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU, itself capable of up to 321 TOPS of AI performance at its maximum TGP of 105 watts. This powerful hardware is supported by ROG Intelligent Cooling, including liquid metal on the CPU and a new fiber-and-mesh heat-pipe system with a tri-fan design featuring our second-generation Arc Flow Fans.

Built to go anywhere and do anything
This new AMD platform is packed in the same thin-and-light design that made waves at CES 2024, with an exquisitely crafted CNC-milled aluminium chassis, with a customizable Slash Lighting array on the lid. It also features an ROG Nebula display with an OLED panel that supports NVIDIA G-SYNC. Its 16:10 aspect ratio, 2.5K resolution, and 240 Hz refresh rate are perfect for gaming and content creation alike, with VESA DisplayHDR™ True Black 500 certification for excellent HDR experiences.

Inside, the ROG Zephyrus G16 comes with 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7500 memory, along with support for the new SD Express 7.0 standard for ultrafast SD card performance. ASUS TUF Gaming A14 and A16

AI-enhanced gaming and productivity
The future of computing has artificial intelligence at its core, and local AI performance will become crucial to avoid long wait times and high costs in the cloud. Both the TUF Gaming A14 and A16 will come with up to an AMD Ryzen™ 9 AI HX 370 processor, with 12 cores, 24 threads, and a built-in NPU capable of 50 TOPS of AI performance. A perfect companion to AMD Ryzen AI, users can apply eye-gaze correction, and use Windows Copilot tools like email summarization locally with less power consumption.

For the first time, ASUS now offers a 14-inch form factor in the TUF Gaming lineup. Built to be ultraportable and ultra-powerful, the new TUF Gaming A14 weighs only 1.46 kg, and measures 1.69 cm thick. Despite these dimensions, the A14 supports up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU with a 100 W maximum TGP — far higher than many of its competitors — for an exceptional gaming experience.
In addition, the TUF Gaming A14 comes with dual-channel LPDDR5 memory as well as two M.2 2280 SSD slots, so users can add storage in the second slot or upgrade for extreme amounts of storage in a 14-inch laptop. USB power delivery rounds out this portable powerhouse, for easy on-the-go charging with wide compatibility between devices thanks to USB-C®.

Redesigned 16-inch chassis with optimized airflow
The TUF Gaming A16 continues to embody the powerful and durable philosophy of the TUF Gaming line, yet despite its capabilities it's a mere 1.79 cm thin, allowing it to travel anywhere. Its AMD Ryzen™ 9 AI HX 370 processor, with its 50 TOPS NPU, helps drive AI-powered features like Copilot more efficiently, preserving the long battery life.

For tasks requiring even more power, like gaming and content creation, the A16 comes with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. On top of excellent gaming performance, this GPU brings AI performance up to 321 TOPS, which is incredible for Stable Diffusion and other advanced AI tasks.

Despite the thinner chassis, the TUF Gaming A16 boasts improved cooling as well, thanks to a new full-width heatsink and exhaust vents that span the entire rear of the laptop.
