ASUS Republic of Gamers presents the new Strix XG HDR gaming monitor line-up with FreeSync 2 HDR support – the Strix XG438Q, Strix XG49VQ, and Strix XG32VQR gaming monitors. FreeSync 2 HDR offers stutter-free and low-latency gameplay with improved brightness and contrast to deliver smooth and clear gaming visuals. The new gaming monitors also feature the ASUS Shadow Boost technology which enhances dark areas along with the exclusive GameVisual presets and GamePlus hotkeys.

ASUS ROG Strix XG438Q


The Strix XG438Q gaming monitor is deemed the world’s biggest and fastest 4K Freesync 2 HDR gaming monitor. It features a 43-inch 4K (3840x2160) native resolution, fast 120Hz refresh rate, 90% DCI-P3 coverage, VESA DisplayHDR 600 compliant, ASUS GameFast Input technology, PiP, and PbP modes.

ASUS ROG Strix XG49VQ


The Strix XG49VQ is a 49-inch ultra-wide gaming monitor with an aspect ratio of 32:9 and 3840x1080 native resolution. It packs a 144Hz refresh rate display panel with 90% DCI-P3 coverage. It is also VESA DisplayHDR 400 compliant guaranteeing excellent colour reproduction.

ASUS ROG Strix XG32VQR


The Strix XG32VQR is a 32-inch gaming monitor with 2560x1440 native resolution. It also features a curved panel with a 1800R curvature and 144Hz refresh rate. It also features 94% DCI-P3 coverage and is also VESA DisplayHDR 400 compliant.

All the three new ASUS ROG Strix XG monitors have GamePlus Technology, an ASUS-exclusive feature that overlays in-game enhancements on top of the action. With the press of a hotkey, different types of crosshairs are available to improve aiming in first-person shooters that lack a reticule. Other options include a frame rate monitor, an in-game timer, and an alignment tool for multi-monitor setups.
