ASUS is continuing to improve their Republic of Gamers range of products, this time with the RAIDR; a PCI-Express solid state drive that uses two SandForce SF2281 driven SSD drives stripped in a RAID 0 configuration. Each drive uses 19 nm MLC flash NAND chips.

This card looks awesome (as does the rest of the ROG range) and sports the default black and red colour scheme.

There will initially be 2 models:
- 120 GB
- read speed = 765MB/s
- write speed = 775MB/s
- 240 GB
- read speed = 830MB/s
- write speed = 810MB/s

Both will support TRIM, NCQ and SMART, will be bootable and support Windows 8 secure boot. Although there has been no word on pricing they are scheduled for release in May.
