Following their showing at E3, Electronic Arts are continuing the long road to the release of Battlefield 1 with some new free Battlefield content. Listed as part of their On The House promotion at the Origin Store is Second Assault, the second DLC pack for Battlefield 4.
Battlefield 4: Second Assault was released in November 2013 and includes four maps carried over from Battlefield 3 as well as being the debut outing for the games' Capture The Flag mode. Although included within EA Access on console for over a year, this is the first time PC users have been able to pick it up free of charge.
Battlefield 4 has been on sale for as little as $5 this past week, and is currently 50% off on the Origin Store alongside other Battlefield content from times past.
Of course, EA are well aware that just having DLC "On The House" might get their fans a little riled up. No surprise therefore that the Westwood classic Nox continues to be part of the promotion, offering 2000-era action-RPG gameplay for anyone who wants to play a game 'like Diablo, but not quite Diablo'.
