For those who don't know about Dishonored, it is a new IP written by Arkane and published by Bethesda. It was announced back in July last year and is a first-person stealth action-adventure game and is all about "assassination where you don't have to kill anyone" among other things (see this for more details or watch the embedded debut trailer).
Bethesda has announced that Dishonored will be released in October for PS3, 360 and PC.
