CHIEFTEC has unveiled the BW-01B-OP, a modern ATX workstation chassis engineered to meet the needs of professional users and digital content creators. Combining a timeless front panel design with a contemporary hinged door and essential front I O connectivity, the chassis aims to balance refined aesthetics with practical functionality for office and studio environments.
Designed to accommodate high-performance workstation hardware, the BW-01B-OP features extensive storage support, flexible cooling options including radiator compatibility up to 360mm, and thoughtful build features such as rubber-grommeted cable routing. With a pre-installed 120mm PWM HDB fan and an easy-to-remove storage cage system, the chassis is positioned as a reliable foundation for long-term productivity systems.
Refined Design with Practical Front I O
The BW-01B-OP presents a professional exterior finished in black, built from 0.6 mm SGCC steel. A modern front door conceals the drive bays while maintaining quick access to the front I O, which includes a USB Type-C port, USB 3.0, audio-out and mic-in. The chassis measures 510mm x 200mm x 465mm and weighs 8.23 kg net.
Extensive Storage Configuration
Storage flexibility is a key focus, offering support for up to 10 internal drives through tool-less trays and cages. Users benefit from two external 5.25 inch bays alongside multiple internal mounting options, with an easy-to-remove storage cage system that simplifies installation and airflow optimisation.
