CHIEFTEC has announced the new ICEBERG PRO Series, its flagship 360mm all-in-one CPU liquid cooler designed to deliver high-performance cooling not only for the processor but also for surrounding motherboard components. Available in both ARGB and Black editions, the new cooler introduces an integrated centrifugal VRM fan to actively cool VRMs, M.2 SSDs, and memory modules.
The CHIEFTEC ICEBERG PRO combines a performance-optimised pump head, a 360mm aluminium radiator, and Snap-On interlocking PWM fans to provide efficient thermal performance while simplifying cable management. The cooler supports the latest Intel and AMD desktop platforms, including Intel LGA 1851 and AMD AM5.
Integrated VRM Cooling Design
Unlike conventional AIO liquid coolers that focus solely on CPU temperatures, the CHIEFTEC ICEBERG PRO features a centrifugal fan integrated into the pump housing. This additional fan directs airflow across the motherboard to actively cool voltage regulation modules (VRMs), M.2 SSDs, and RAM, helping improve thermal stability during demanding workloads and extended gaming sessions.
The industrial-style centrifugal fan evenly distributes airflow around the CPU socket area, providing supplementary cooling where traditional AIO solutions typically offer little or no airflow.
Performance-Focused Cooling Solution
The ICEBERG PRO is built around a 360mm aluminium radiator paired with a copper cold plate and a performance-optimised pump inspired by aerospace design. The PWM-controlled pump operates between 1,800 and 2,700 RPM, while the three 120mm radiator fans deliver airflow of up to 64.72 CFM with static pressure rated at 3.06 mmH₂O.
The integrated VRM fan also operates between 500 and 2,200 RPM, providing active cooling without requiring additional motherboard-mounted fans.
Simplified Installation with Snap-On Fans
CHIEFTEC equips the ICEBERG PRO with Snap-On interlocking PWM fans that minimise cable clutter by linking the radiator fans together. This design reduces the number of cables routed through the system, making installation easier while maintaining a cleaner-looking build.
The RGB version includes addressable lighting compatible with ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, ASRock Polychrome Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, and CHIEFTEC RGB control systems, while users seeking a more understated appearance can opt for the all-black version.
