CORSAIR has announced the release of iCUE version 5.36, introducing several new features, UI improvements, and a large number of stability fixes aimed at enhancing the overall user experience. The update will be available through the iCUE software or CORSAIR’s official downloads page within the next couple of days.
Among the highlights, the update introduces keyboard-only navigation, allowing easier control across Device Details, Keyboard Lighting Effects, and iCUE Settings without relying on a mouse. Additionally, a new Weather widget has been added for the CORSAIR Xeneon Edge display, alongside more clock face options for the LCD Pump Screen’s Clock Widget, giving users added customisation and functionality.
New Features
• Keyboard-only navigation added for Device Details, Keyboard Lighting Effects, and iCUE Settings
• Weather widget implemented for Xeneon Edge monitors
• Additional clock faces added for LCD Pump Screen widgets
Bug Fixes
• Multiple crash issues resolved, including profile deletion, macro editing, and mouse profile switching errors
• Fixed missing default sensor issue when changing coolers
• Corrected bugs in key remapping, FlashTap output, and profile list UI overlapping
• Fixed firmware update and connectivity issues for VOID MAX WIRELESS and COMMANDER DUO
• Addressed several Xeneon Edge widget and interface bugs, improving syncing, dashboard updates, and layout saving

Known Issues
• CORSAIR Xeneon Edge display extension issue: A fix is in progress for cases where the monitor becomes unusable when extending the primary display.
• Commander Core XT fan behaviour: Fans may ramp up when iCUE is closed. A workaround is available by assigning a fixed fan speed.
• Sensor readings randomly changing or freezing: The issue is currently under investigation, with feedback requested from affected users.
The iCUE 5.36 update marks a continued effort by CORSAIR to improve performance and reliability across its ecosystem, refining both the software’s usability and its compatibility with the latest hardware such as the Xeneon Edge series and Commander controllers.
Users can download the latest version via CORSAIR’s official iCUE downloads page or through the update prompt in the CORSAIR iCUE application.
