COUGAR has officially introduced the CFV220 RGB, the latest addition to its CFV chassis series first showcased during COMPUTEX 2026. Building upon the series' distinctive approach to airflow, the new chassis introduces an innovative Central Flow Vent that transforms unused internal space into an active intake chamber while delivering a unique visual identity.

Designed for builders who want both performance and aesthetics, the CFV220 RGB combines triple tempered glass panels with integrated ARGB lighting, extensive cooling support, and compatibility with reverse connector motherboards. Despite its relatively compact footprint, the chassis offers generous hardware clearance, including support for graphics cards up to 420mm in length.

Central Flow Vent Delivers Structural Airflow
The defining feature of the COUGAR CFV220 RGB is its Central Flow Vent—a self-contained intake chamber built directly into the chassis structure. Rather than leaving open space unused, COUGAR has engineered this section to function as an additional airflow pathway, drawing fresh air into the system while creating a distinctive architectural appearance.

A subtle integrated ARGB lighting strip illuminates the vent, highlighting its unique construction without overwhelming the clean design.

Triple Glass Panoramic Design
The COUGAR CFV220 RGB expands on the panoramic chassis concept by incorporating three tempered glass panels, providing unobstructed visibility from multiple angles. This wraparound glass layout is ideal for showcasing premium components, custom cooling loops, and RGB lighting effects.

To help maintain optimal airflow, the central vent features a quick-slide dust filter positioned on its roof, allowing users to remove accumulated dust easily while preserving the chassis' open-air design.

Preinstalled ARGB Cooling and Extensive Expansion
The COUGAR CFV220 RGB comes pre-equipped with three ARGB PWM cooling fans, including one 120mm rear fan and two 120mm bottom intake fans, providing effective airflow straight out of the box. Users can further expand the cooling configuration with support for additional fans and radiators, making the chassis suitable for both high-performance air-cooled and custom liquid-cooled systems. Despite its compact footprint, the CFV220 RGB accommodates graphics cards up to 420mm in length and supports Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX, and reverse connector motherboards. Storage options include one 3.5-inch HDD or a combination of one 3.5-inch HDD and one 2.5-inch SSD using the convertible drive bay.

Modern Front I/O
To meet the needs of modern PC builds, the COUGAR CFV220 RGB features a front I/O panel equipped with one USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port offering speeds of up to 20Gbps, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, and a 4-pole headset audio jack. This selection provides convenient high-speed connectivity for external storage devices, gaming peripherals, and audio equipment.

COUGAR has yet to announce official pricing and availability for the chassis at the time of writing. To learn more, visit the product page link below.
