The COUGAR PV Series is equipped with a native 12V-2X6 connector, enabling support for next-generation GPUs through a single 12+4-pin cable. It is engineered to meet ATX 3.1 specifications, including the ability to handle up to 200% power excursion, while maintaining compatibility with modern multi-core CPU and GPU platforms.
High Efficiency and Performance
With 80 PLUS Platinum certification, the COUGAR PV Series delivers up to 92% power efficiency, helping to reduce energy consumption and operating costs. It is designed to provide stable output even under demanding workloads and elevated temperature conditions.
Advanced Cooling and Quiet Operation
Cooling is handled by a 140mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing fan, offering improved durability and lower noise levels compared to conventional designs. The inclusion of a Zero RPM mode allows for silent operation during low-load scenarios, while overall thermal performance is optimised for long-term reliability.
Premium Components and Build Quality
The COUGAR PV PSUs utilise 100% 105°C Japanese capacitors to enhance durability and minimise voltage ripple. Combined with an APFC and DC-DC design, the units deliver stable and efficient power output, and are rated for continuous operation at ambient temperatures of up to 40°C.
