Crucial introduces the BX500 Solid-State Drive series offering the essential performance to accelerate your computer with a very attractive price point. The Crucial BX500 offers performance 300% better than a typical hard drive and improves energy efficiency on notebooks by up to 45X. The Crucial BX500 SSD Series uses latest-generation Micron 3D NAND flash sequential read speed of up to 540MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 500MB/s.

The Crucial BX500 SSD Series is covered with a 3-year limited warranty. Crucial also bundles the BX500 SSDs with a suite of protective features such as Multistep Data Integrity Algorithm, Thermal Monitoring, SLC Write Acceleration, Active Garbage Collection, TRIM Support, Self-Monitoring and Reporting Technology (SMART) and Error Correction Code (ECC). The Crucial BX500 Solid-State Drive is available in three different capacities – 120GB, 240GB and 480GB.
