Dell unveils new products including the new and improved Dell XPS 13, 2-in-1s and Mixed Reality headset at the IFA 2017.

Dell Inspiron 5000 Series 2-in-1s

An array of optional features means that everyone can build a 2-in-1 that suits their needs. Available in 13-inch and 15-inch sizes.

Dell Inspiron 7000 Series Notebooks

The new Dell Inspiron 7000 notebooks offers exceptional performance and immersive experience, powered by the latest 8th generation Intel Core processors, DDR4 memory and smart USB Type-C port that supports power delivery and DisplayPort. It can also come with either a standard SSD or a much faster PCIe NVMe SSD on the 13-inch model while the 15-inch model can come with a hybrid or dual drive. The Dell Inspiron 13 7000 13-inch model gets an MSRP of $879.99 USD and $849.99 for the larger 15-inch model. The 13-inch model with PCIe NVMe SSD gets an MSRP of $799.99. There’s also the Inspiron 17 7000, a 17-inch model that gets a starting price of $999.99. The Dell Inspiron 7000 notebooks comes in Platinum Silver or Pink Champagne colours. Dell Inspiron 7000 Series will be available this October.

Dell XP3 13 Notebook

The new Dell XPS 13 now packs the 8th generation Intel Core processors that offers up to 44% more performance offering exceptional performance while multi-tasking and running multiple applications is possible. It is also the world’s smallest 13.3 inch laptop that features a stunning viewing experience with optional Quad HD+ InfinityEdge (optional touch) display, with sharp visuals and vivid and accurate colour. The Dell XPS 13 with 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor gets an MSRP of $1399.99 coming this October.

Dell Visor: Mixed Reality Headset

Dell ventures into the mixed reality future with the help of Microsoft as Dell introduces the Dell Visor - it’s first-ever headset for Windows Mixed Reality platform. Engineered with a flip-up visor for convenient transitions, it features well-cushioned head and face padding, thumbwheel band adjustment for personalized comfort, and smart weight balancing that takes pressure off the nose and cheeks. The white finish is easy to clean and durable, and the thoughtful design extends to cable management that routes cords to the back of the headset for better freedom of movement. The Dell Visor headset gets an estimated price of $349.99, $99.99 for the controllers or $449.99 for the headset and controller bundle.
