ECS prepares for Computex 2017 and upgrades the ECS LIVA Z mini PC series with the latest generation hardware and technologies. The LIVA Z mini PC features a simple and elegant design that would be a perfect addition to any living room or workspace. It is great for multimedia applications as well as office application and now with an even more powerful and capable specification. The LIVA Z has a very minimal footprint and offers a silent and multi-functional computer for any modern home’s daily needs. ECS will be introduces three new LIVA Z mini PC models on the upcoming COMPUTEX 2017.

The ECS LIVA Z is a well-balanced mini PC which is great for daily computing needs. It packs the latest Intel Apollo Lake 14nm quad-core processor offering plenty of connectivity options and great graphics of up to 4K Ultra HD resolution. The mini PC has a built-in microphone and supports Windows 10 operating system so you can use the Windows 10 Cortana voice secretary function effectively. It is a great home entertainment and multimedia centre where you can enjoy music and movies with the help of an interactive and assistive AI.

The LIVA Z Plus is the most powerful mini PC in the LIVA Z Series with it packing the latest generation technologies such as a 7th generation Intel Core processor and DDR4 memory. The dual DDR4-SO-DIMM slots on the LIVA Z Plus mini PC supports up to 16GB of memory in dual-channel configuration, 8GB module per slot, offering performance 11% better version the previous generation LIVA Z. The use of the Kaby Lake processors offers 20% overall efficiency improvement as well. The mini PC boasts smooth 4K video in HEVC 10-bit and VP9 format presented in a 4K UHD resolution. The LIVA Z Plus is a powerful mini PC that’s great for any computing need and is also a great home entertainment PC.

This LIVA Z Series mini PC features a modular data storage design wherein it supports M.2 drives and 2.5-inch form factor drives. This allows the user to use high-speed SSDs on the LIVA ZE. It has a built-in com port (RS 232) communication port making it ideal for productivity and industrial applications.
