GALAX, known as KFA2 in Europe and Galaxy in China, enters the PSU market with their OMEGA Series power supply units featuring 80PLUS and Cybenetics certifications. For the past years, GALAX has been expanding its product portfolio aside from NVIDIA-based graphics cards and SSDs which the brand is known for. Today, GALAX has peripherals, monitors, cooling solutions, gaming chairs, and now – power supply units. These products, however, are rarely seen in the European and North American markets.



The GALAX OMEGA Series features a wide range of models from 500W to 1200W with different 80PLUS and Cybenetics certifications. The entry-level GALAX OMEGA GL500S and GL650S, 500W and 650W respectively, feature 80PLUS Bronze and Cybenetics Bronze certifications and come with a non-modular cable design ideal for budget PC builds.

The mid-end GALAX OMEGA GLX850 comes with 80PLUS Gold and Cybenetics Gold certifications. Lastly, the high-end GALAX OMEGA GLX1000 and GLX1200 models come with 80PLUS Gold and Cybenetics Platinum certifications. The OMEGA GLX models feature a fully modular cable design, PCIe 5.0 standard with native 12VHPWR connectors.
