Gears Of War Ultimate Edition has been released on the Windows 10 Store..
.. of which Forbes have described this game release to be “one of the most disastrous PC game launches in years”.
That is because of the numerous graphical glitches, artefacts & performance issues this game is currently experiencing on AMD graphics cards. The below picture demonstrates just a single scene from the game, displaying massive graphical corruption:

Oddly enough, performance issues are not consistent - different graphics cards within AMD's lineup perform better than their piers - for example; A R7 370 performs better than the much more powerful R9 380. A 290X performs better than a Fury/ Fury Nano GPU.
Players have reported chronic stuttering, visual corruption & extremely low FPS which all-in-all make up the idea that this is not a finished product.
Here are a list of issues wccftech have compiled together:
– No multi-GPU support, SLI or Crossfire.
– R9 290x outperforms R9 Nano.
– R9 Nano and R9 380 experience terrible artifacting at high settings.
– R9 Nano unplayable at 1440p and 4k due to stuttering/stalling.
– Nvidia GSync support is broken.
– Frame Rate is not Uncapped, when “Unlocked” it will not exceed your monitor’s refresh rate
– Game doesn’t support exclusive full screen mode.

It is ironic then just a few months ago the director of the community for Gears Of War forums explained the following:
I know some are worried but please don't fret. We are wanting to make sure polish and performance are prioritized on the PC version so that you all have a great experience.
Once we have additional information, I can tell say you will be the first to know. I'm pretty stoked for the PC version myself as I am an avid PC gamer :)

We are guessing that user has an NVIDIA card..
We'll see what fixes are on the horizon and keep you posted.
