VR-Zone noted earlier today that the latest Nvidia 266.7x Beta drivers contain entries for two unreleased Nvidia GPUs:

NVIDIA_DEV.1244.01 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti"
NVIDIA_DEV.1083.01 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590"

The Nvidia GTX 550 Ti is expected on March 15th and will be based on the new GF116 chipset, and despite the name, this is technically a replacement for the previous generation of mainstream cards. Performance is expected to be around 35% faster than the AMD Radeon HD 5770 and performance similar to the GTX 460 cards of the previous generation.

The card will sport 1GB of GDDR5 memory and a similar PCB design to the GeForce GTS 450.

The GeForce GTX 590 is the highly anticipated dual-GPU card from Nvidia, based on the GF110 core, reportedly being hand picked - see our last news article for more info on the card itself. It's likely to be expensive, and limited in number, but just how much still remains to be seen. However, this inclusion in the latest Beta drivers suggests that the launch is not far off at all so we don't have long to wait to find out.
