GeIL has announced its latest high-performance memory innovations at COMPUTEX 2026, introducing what it describes as the industry’s first DDR5-8000 memory fully compliant with JEDEC standards. GeIL also unveiled the new AQUARIUS Diamond RGB memory series featuring a premium diamond-inspired design.
Designed to deliver a true plug-and-play experience, the new DDR5-8000 modules integrate the 8000MT/s specification directly into the JEDEC SPD, eliminating the need for manual BIOS adjustments or overclocking profiles. The memory operates at CL64-64-64-128 timings at the JEDEC standard voltage of 1.10V, offering high bandwidth and efficiency for gamers, content creators, and AI workloads.
GeIL says the new memory modules are optimised for Intel’s latest 15th Generation platforms, including Core Ultra 270K Plus, 265K, and 245K processors paired with Intel Z890 and B860 motherboards. The company is also working with hardware partners to ensure compatibility with future next-generation platforms.
The newly introduced AQUARIUS Diamond RGB series combines performance with a distinctive aesthetic inspired by gemstones. The modules feature a premium aluminium heatsink and a diamond-cut RGB light bar designed to create an elegant light refraction effect. The series will be available in both Graphite Black and Glacier White colour options.
