Get An Edge With GeForce Game Ready 368.39 WHQL Drivers - For Mirror's Edge Catalyst & GTX 1070

In case you weren't aware, this week sees the launch of both a new AAA game and premium graphics hardware. The first, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, is EA's long-awaited reboot in the free-running franchise; the second is of course the brand new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070, which is available in Founder's Edition form from Friday June 10th. To augment the release of both products NVIDIA have published the GeForce 368.39 Game Ready Driver, offering optimal day-one compatibility for both the new hardware and software.

The GeForce 368.39 Game Ready Driver package has also been tailored for Edge Of Nowhere, a premium VR title developed by Insomniac Games and published by Oculus for the Rift HMD. More generally, new VRWorks features are supported in this driver update including Lens Matched Shading and Single Pass Stereo.

Early adopters of the GTX 1080 Founder's Edition will also be pleased to know that this package includes a promised fix for the fan ramping issues plaguing some units of the new flagship card. By including the fix it will also hopefully mean that day-one purchases of the GTX 1070 will not be affected by the problem.

The GeForce 368.39 Game Ready Driver can be downloaded directly from or via the Driver section of the GeForce Experience App.
