GIGABYTE has announced the availability of the AERO X16, a Copilot+ PC that combines AI-powered computing, creator-focused features, and gaming performance in a slim and lightweight form factor. Equipped with GIGABYTE's proprietary GiMATE AI agent and WINDFORCE Infinity cooling technology, the AERO X16 is designed to deliver responsive performance for productivity, content creation, and entertainment workloads.
Powered by up to an AMD Ryzen AI 9 465 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU with up to 12GB of GDDR7 memory, the AERO X16 is built to handle demanding AI applications, creative workloads, and modern games. The platform also supports local AI processing, larger language models, and enhanced gaming experiences through NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 technology, all within a chassis measuring just 16.75mm thick and weighing approximately 1.9kg.

The platform provides intelligent hardware and software controls while extending functionality with GiMATE Creator for local generative AI image workflows and GiMATE Coder for natural language coding and optimisation through Visual Studio Code integration.

The GIGABYTE AERO X16 combines a slim 16.75mm profile and lightweight 1.9kg design with powerful hardware. To maintain performance in a compact chassis, GIGABYTE equips the laptop with its WINDFORCE Infinity cooling system, featuring 3D VortX airflow technology, dual slim fans, four heat pipes, and up to 100W cooling capacity.
