GIGABYTE has announced the availability of the new GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 5090 INFINITY 32G graphics card, the first model in the new AORUS INFINITY series. First seen at GIGABYTE's CES 2026 exhibit, the AORUS GeForce RTX 5090 INFINITY 32G graphics card has also received the 2026 Red Dot Design Award in the Product Design category, highlighting its combination of performance-focused engineering and industrial design.

The AORUS INFINITY series targets gamers and power users, introducing a redesigned cooling architecture called WINDFORCE Hyperburst. The cooling system uses a Double Flow Through design that allows airflow to pass directly through the heatsink via an enlarged hollow backplate, reducing heat buildup and improving thermal efficiency. According to GIGABYTE, the design delivers up to 58% more airflow compared to traditional backplate designs and up to 28% more airflow versus single hollow-out layouts.

A key feature of the graphics card is the hidden “Overdrive fan” positioned at the center section of the cooler. The fan operates on a dedicated curve and automatically activates during heavy GPU workloads, effectively giving the card triple-fan cooling performance while maintaining a dual-fan appearance.

The WINDFORCE Hyperburst cooling system also integrates several thermal technologies:
• Hawk fans designed to reduce turbulence and noise while improving airflow and air pressure
• Large vapor chamber directly contacting the GPU for faster heat transfer
• Superconducting heat pipes with varied capillary structures for optimized cooling across heat zones
• High-performance composite metal grease for improved GPU thermal conductivity
• Server-grade thermal conductive gel for VRAM and MOSFET cooling reliability

The GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 5090 INFINITY 32G also emphasizes premium aesthetics and structural durability. The graphics card uses a die-cast metal shroud and backplate for added rigidity and support, while retaining GIGABYTE’s RGB Halo lighting. Its exterior design is inspired by aerospace nacelles and twin jet engines, featuring streamlined contours that complement the card’s Double Flow Through cooling concept.

GIGABYTE also notes that the thermal module has been shaped to match the exterior design, with curved cooling fins intended to maximize cooling surface area while maintaining a cohesive appearance.
