GIGABYTE expands its UD PRO Solid-State Drive lineup with entry-level NVMe M.2 PCIe offerings in an M.2 2280 form factor. The GIGABYTE UD PRO adheres to GIGABYTE’s Ultra Durable and product stability standards to deliver stable and effective performance. The GIGABYTE UD PRO M.2 PCIe SSDs are available in three capacities – 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. The UD PRO M.2 SSD utilizes PCIe Gen3 x2 interface delivering superior read/write speeds over SATA SSDs. The GIGABYTE UD PRO M.2 PCIe SSDs also work best with M.2 Thermal Guards on GIGABYTE motherboards.



Key Features


Host Memory Buffer: This feature utilizes the DMA (Direct Memory Access) of PCI Express to allow SSDs to use some of the DRAM on PC system, instead of requiring the SSD to bring its own DRAM.
PCIe Interface: The UD PRO’s PCIe Gen3 x2 interface provides better performance for your daily computing tasks compared to SATA SSDs.
Ultra Durable Reliability: GIGABYTE UD PRO SSDs passes the Ultra Durable standards ensuring stability and reliability, with an MTBF of 1.5 million hours or 200 TBW and a 3-year limited warranty.
