Intel introduces the new 8th generation Intel Core i3-8130U processor offering improved performance options for thin and light notebooks and 2-in-1 devices. The Intel Core i3-8130 delivers richer and more immersive entertainment with its integrated Intel® UHD Graphics 620. It is optimized for speed and efficiency with its low 15W TDP. The new Intel Core i3-8130U features 2 cores and 4 threads, up to 3.4 GHz and DDR4-2400 memory packs plenty of power for entry-level daily computing.

This rounds out the portfolio for the first mobile processors Intel introduced in the 8th Gen Intel Core processor family in August. Expect to see new systems from our partners soon powered by the 8th Gen Intel Core i3 that give consumers even more choice in finding a great laptop and 2 in 1 with the right balance of features, performance and price that fits their needs.
