LIAN LI announces the SP Platinum Series, fully modular 850W and 1000W SFX power supplies engineered for high-end SFFPC (small form factor PC) builds. Delivering 80 PLUS Platinum certified efficiency, the SP Platinum meets Intel ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 requirements and integrates LIAN LI’s in-house designed 12V-2x6 connector for reliable, next-generation GPU power delivery. It features a 92mm FDB fan with a smart speed curve that powers off at less than 40% load for silent operation.
For improved cable management and easier routing, the LIAN LI SP Platinum PSUs includes super-flexible braided modular DC cables, along with an extension power cord featuring an inline on/off switch for external power control. Built with 100% Japanese 105°C capacitors and supported by a full protection suite, the SP Platinum also ships with an SFX-to-ATX bracket for broader chassis compatibility.

The SP Platinum Series is 80 PLUS Platinum certified, delivering up to 92% efficiency at 50% load, while maintaining tight voltage regulation and low ripple under varying workloads. Fully compliant with Intel ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1, the PSUs include an in-house engineered 12V-2x6 GPU cable built with alloy copper terminals for reduced contact resistance, improved thermal durability, and a dual-colour connector for clear insertion verification. To ensure longevity and stable output, the series uses 100% Japanese 105°C capacitors and incorporates a comprehensive protection suite covering OCP, OVP, OTP, OPP, SCP, UVP, NLP, and SIP, safeguarding against overcurrent, over/under-voltage, overheating, short-circuit events, and more.
Service-Friendly Power Control and Quiet Operation
For systems where the PSU is installed in tight spaces or where rear AC access is restricted, each unit includes an IEC 320 C14-to-C13 extension cable with an inline power switch, allowing users to turn the PSU off without opening the case. Cooling is handled by a 92mm FDB fan equipped with a smart thermal curve that allows the fan to stop completely at 40% load or below, eliminating noise during low-demand operation.
Clean Routing for SFF, Drop-In ATX Compatibility
The SP Platinum Series includes super-flexible braided modular cables designed to simplify routing in space-restricted SFF chassis. These pliable cables reduce clutter and improve airflow around components. An SFX-to-ATX mounting bracket is supplied, ensuring full compatibility with standard ATX cases.
