LIAN LI has identified that certain Windows KB updates caused compatibility issues that prevented proper device communication within the software.
To fix the problem, LIAN LI advises users to uninstall L-Connect 3, then download and run the 1014_KB_Uninstaller.bat cleanup tool. The process automatically removes problematic updates, restarts the system several times, and displays a confirmation message once complete. Afterward, users can reinstall L-Connect 3 and verify that the application detects all hardware as expected.

Extract and run 1014_KB_Uninstaller.bat as Administrator
Wait as the system restarts 23 times automatically
Confirm message All specified KB updates have been successfully uninstalled!
