The Surface Go provides the convenient mobility of a tablet and the performance of a notebook. The Surface Go sports a 10-inch PixelSense display with a 3:2 aspect ratio. The Surface Go weighs a mere 1.15 pounds or 522 grams and is only 8.3mm thick. The entry-level Surface Go packs 64GB eMMC storage, an Intel Pentium Gold 4415Y processor and 4GB memory which starts at $399 USD or £379.99 incl. VAT in the UK.
The Surface Go is a small and powerful device for people on the go. It is powered by the 7th generation Intel Pentium Gold 4415Y processor with 2 cores and 4 threads. It can run Office applications for work and school with ease. Its fanless design offers up to nine hours of battery life, enough to complete critical tasks away from a power source.
Versatile, Convenient and Ergonomic
The Surface Go’s 2-in-1 flexibility is naturally versatile to fit your need. It comes with a built-in kickstand with full friction hinge which extends up to 165° to convert from tablet mode to studio mode. The Surface Go is also perfect for sharing with multiple users or for multitasking with its 10-inch PixelSense Display with 10-point multi-touch support. The Surface Go is powered by Windows 10 S and supports Windows Hello face authentication wherein you can secure sign-in using face recognition. The Surface Go also sports a USB-C port for charging, docking and connecting with other devices including a 4K monitor.
The Microsoft Surface Go will be available for pre-order beginning on July 10 in the following markets, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.
